Siberian Tantra (Kupela)
Siberian Tantra (Kupela) is the highest yoga, it includes methods of control and manipulation of sexual energy in order to rise it till highest spiritual levels of human existence and to achieve Cosmic Orgasm, it means, the state of infinite bliss. Yogi, who controls his sexual energy, achieves immortality and power over the world.
Sexual energy is the highest of all energies generated in human organism. When a person has fulfilled his needs in food, warmth ect. , appear higher needs in sex, self-expression, self-realization ect. All these are connected with this energy, expressing itself in different levels.
Often society blocks our sexual energy, puts it under cultural limits, religious dogmas ect. For example, during Christian tradition (catholic, protestant) people were suggested that sex - that is something sinful, dirty. This kind of relation toward sex has leaded to psychological disorders, described by Freud. But in the East, sex has always been considered as something sacred. In Indian and Tibetan temples there are many figures of people and Gods practicing maidhuna (sexual intercourse).
First level of Tantra Yoga is Brahmacharya.
Brahmacharya, or celibate, is a method of conservation of sexual energy. Moreover, this is not simply external limitation in sexual relations, but also limitation of sexual imagination and other hidden or expressed forms of manifestation of sexual energy such as talkativeness, inner dialog, worrying, repression, tension, negative emotions ect.
Studying how to control manifestations of sexual energy, yogi continues with the second phase of practices - with tantra, when during special rituals he raises his energy till such a level, that it, while not being able to realize itself through one of the regular ways, rises upwards, to spiritual levels, taking consciousness with it. It is called rise of Kundalini. These two phases separately do not give any result. The real meaning is in controlling of energy, not in asceticism or free sexual relations, and also not in following religious dogmas without deep understanding.
